今天廚藝總監施建瑋設計的「辣椒水煮蕈菇鍋」;集結多種蕈菇、蔬菜及豆腐精華於湯鍋中,要訣是加入了爆香的素沙茶及寬心園辣椒醬,讓湯頭變得鮮香微辣,愛吃辣的人可以多加點辣椒醬,就成了勁辣過癮的蔬食麻辣鍋囉!
